I handmade this cozy little functional art piece for fellow homebodies and soft-life romantics. The Homebody Mini Matchbook + Match Set is sculpted to resemble a tiny storybook — because even lighting a candle should feel intentional.
I shaped it from air-dry clay, hand-painted the forest and cottage scene in soft reds and blues, and sealed it with a protective gloss for durability. The base color is a deep dark titanium, giving it that moody, tucked-away-in-the-woods feel.
The top opens to hold your matches, and the spine includes a functional match striker. The back reads:
"Oh how she loves to be home"
